Our enquiring process is simple and stress-free – you’re guaranteed to receive a quotation within 24 hours for our glass partitions, glass doors and window blinds. However, for our fire-rated products, we require a little longer due to the complexity of these projects.

If you would like to obtain a quotation we will require some information which includes: a brief of the type of product, approximate dimensions and quantities, the location of the site and the floor level. This is a necessity for us to know as we want to ensure we provide you with the best pricing available.

If you’re based at the other end of the country, you will be happy to know that we offer a nationwide service, so rest assured we can handle and meet your most demanding requirements. The team are fully trained and skilled in-house fitters, meaning they will deliver your product with zero hassle and minimise your stress completely. Survey and production

Upon receipt of a purchase order or an instruction to proceed, we carry out a full survey of the site and take responsibility for the measurements. Our goal is to make sure your purchase order is sized up correctly so that when it comes to installation, there will be no issues. 

Within a week of inquiring, the team will conduct a thorough site survey to measure the surface area efficiently. All of our products are correctly made to measure by the team, whose skills are unmatched and it’s one of the main reasons why we’re one of the leading independent suppliers in the UK. 

For most of our products, the production lead times are usually 5 to 7 working days, however, the fire-rated products are on a six-week lead time due to the size of the project. For specialist glass doors such as double glazed and framed edge doors, these products require 3 to 4 weeks for production.

Installation

At Office Blinds & Glazing, all of our installation operatives are fully employed by the business and hold current qualifications, CSCS cards and receive regular in-house training on products and health and safety. Customer satisfaction is a priority, and our friendly and experienced support team will offer their help with any advice you may need. 

Before your product is installed, we want to ensure that the health and safety standards are at the highest rate, so we will conduct site-specific RAMS and method statements. This is an essential step for us as we want the whole project to run smoothly and efficiently without any hiccups occurring.

Here at Office Blinds & Glazing, all of our installations are fully tested and backed up by the relevant BS4856 approval and certification.
